Tang Guoming, Chairman of Suzhou Jiulong and Executive Vice President of Suzhou Recycling Resources Industry Association, delivers his report of Re-PET market industry predicament and end-user application pattern change.

The report is mainly divided into the following two parts:

Firstly, Mr. Tang analyzed the challenges faced by the recycling PET industry from four aspects: the dramatic changes in the domestic and international economic situation, the downstream terminal applications in difficulty, the weak upstream consumption and recycling, and the intense middle-stream resource production.

Secondly,  Mr. Tang, based on his own experience, proposed four suggestions for the industry to overcome the challenges: avoiding internal competition during industry integration, striving for excellence in internal capabilities, unlimited focus on technological research and development, and exploring new applications at the terminal level. Lastly, Mr. Tang briefly introduced the Jiangsu Lisaike Circular Economy Industrial Park.
