Wang Xu, Senior Consultant, China Center for Information Industry Development (CCID), delivers her report of Interpretation of industrial green development policy during the 13th Five-Year Plan 
 

Wang firstly introduces the policies in the 13th Five-Year Plan for promoting green development of the industry. She analyzed the key contents and guiding ideology of strong manufacturing country strategy, Industrial Green Development Plan (2016-2020), Guidelines for the Implementation of Green Manufacturing Engineering (2016-2020), etc. Green development is a new content in the strategy of strong manufacturing country, and various policies rely on green manufacturing system. 

The second part describes the construction of green manufacturing system: the construction of green manufacturing system includes four contents: green factory, green products, green industrial chain and green park. Wang Xu expounds the evaluation indexes and methods of these four contents. 

The third part describes the current situation of the construction of green manufacturing system in China: at present, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology has issued a total of three batches of green manufacturing lists, including 726 kinds of green design products, 800 green factories, 79 green parks and 40 green supply chains. The fourth batch of green manufacturing recommendations was launched in April 2019.
